Linyi Chensheng Casting Co., Ltd is located in Linyi City, Shandong Province, a Well known logistics city, covering an area of more than 8000 square meters. Our company owns advanced manufacturing facilities and inspection equipment, also with high level processing technique. We specialize in researching, developing and manufacturing investment casting products( lost wax craft).
Our company introduced spectrum analyzer, precision casting equipment and set up silicon colloidal sol medium-temperature precision casting production line. Montly output can be up to 100tons. At present, we can do various products referring to automobile parts, mechnical components, pump valve parts, building hardware, kitchen hardware, bathroom hardware, medical devices, marine hardware and other crafts. Materials include 201, 202, 303, 304, 304L,316, 316 L, 1Cr18Ni9Ti,430, 440, 2205, 17-4PH1008, 1020, 20NiCrMo， 42CrMo4 and non-magnetic stainless steel. The minimum weight of casting we can do is 2g, and the maximum weight is 30kg. The minimum casting space available is 0.75mm, and the thinnest is 0.15mm. The longest blind hold we can make is 170mm. We also have various inspection facilities which can do micro organ and mechanic test. Our company has unitized equipment for mechanical processing, electrolysis polishing and heat treatment.
